A/live - performances by contemporary artists!
April 2020: All museums and exhibition houses have been closed for weeks. Artists worldwide are in quarantine and isolation during the Corona crisis. Especially in such times, art can provide a little hope, joy and inspiration. That’s why we have organised 23 performances with contemporary artists from all over the world over the course of a month, including: a digitalised live action roleplay loosely based on ‘Cats The Musical’ (Norway), performance re-enactments in virtual reality (Germany), a chat performance (USA), exclusive video performances (France, Poland), a live DJ set (Uganda), among many others. We hope you enjoy this little archive of contemporary art in times of crisis.
