Yves Haltner (1989) is a Swiss illustrator and graphic artist living and working in Berlin. Since 2019 he is doing his Masters in Visual Communication at the University of the Arts Berlin. He uses drawing as a medium to approach his environment, whether it is the urban space or a deep jungle in a country far away. If not strolling around with his sketchbook, he is working for TV and film or collaborating with studios and agencies around the world.
Paul Frick was born in Berlin. Since the age of twelve he took composition lessons with Il-Ryun Chung. From 2000 to 2008 he studied composition with Friedrich Goldmann at the Berlin University of the Arts. Since 2008 the group Brandt Brauer Frick with Daniel Brandt and Jan Brauer became the center of Frick's work. From 2010 the 10-piece Brandt Brauer Frick Ensemble emerged, in which he plays the piano and notates the scores. Both formations have since performed in over fifty countries, including stages such as Lincoln Center New York, the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, the Glastonbury Festival, the Montreux Jazz Festival and the Centre Pompidou Paris.
